Accounting that is connected to the rest of the business

In standalone accounting software, the accountant types in what other people did: the purchase order, the goods receipt, the sales bill. Errors and delays creep in at every step.

In QuantProc, accounting is part of the ERP. When purchase raises a PO and stores receive the goods, the vendor bill is matched to both (three-way matching) before it reaches accounts. When sales raises an invoice, the receivable is already in the ledger. The accountant reviews and approves instead of re-typing.

Frequently asked questions

Is QuantProc accounting software GST-compliant?

Yes. Invoices, credit and debit notes carry the GST details required by the CGST Rules, CGST/SGST/IGST is applied from the place of supply, and e-invoices can be generated with IRN and QR code.

Can I move from Tally or Excel?

Yes. Ledgers, opening balances, customers, vendors and items can be imported from Excel. Many companies start with accounting and add purchase, inventory and payroll later.

Does it support multiple companies?

Yes. One login can manage several companies and divisions, each with its own books, and group-level reports roll them up.

Can my accountant or CA get access?

Yes. Give them a role with the access they need, for example read-only or auditor, and they can work from any browser.

Is my data safe?

Data is stored in the cloud with role-based access, an audit trail on every entry, and maker-checker approval on payments. Our security practices are aligned to ISO 27001.
