What a project looks like in QuantProc
- Win the tender. The BOQ and rate analysis become the project's budget, item by item.
- Buy against the budget. Site raises an indent; purchase sends RFQs and compares quotes; the PO is checked against the remaining budget before release.
- Receive and issue. GRN updates site stock; issues are booked against BOQ items.
- Measure and bill. Work done is measured and billed to the client as RA bills; sub-contractors are billed on the same measurements.
- Close out. Retention, security deposit and bank guarantees are tracked until they are released.
