Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that govern how QuantProc products and services may be used — and the conduct that is prohibited on our platform.

Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is and is not permitted when using any QuantProc service — including QuantProc ERP, Skils, ProcureAI, and associated APIs, integrations, and websites (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

QuantProc operates a multi-tenant platform used by businesses across India. Misuse by one customer can harm others. We take violations seriously and act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Services solely for:

  • Legitimate internal business operations of your organisation — financial management, project execution, procurement, HR and talent management, and other lawful commercial activities.
  • Integration with your own authorised third-party systems via our published APIs.
  • Testing and evaluation within a designated sandbox or trial environment provided by QuantProc.

3. Prohibited activities — general

You must not use the Services to:

  • Violate laws. Engage in any activity that violates Indian law or the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to your business — including the IT Act 2000, Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, Companies Act 2013, GST Act 2017, and applicable labour laws.
  • Commit fraud. Submit false, misleading, or fabricated data, invoices, purchase orders, or financial records into the platform.
  • Infringe IP. Upload, transmit, or store content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any party.
  • Breach privacy. Process personal data of third parties without lawful basis or in violation of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 or other applicable privacy laws.
  • Harm the platform. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of QuantProc's systems; introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code; circumvent authentication or security controls; or use the Services to launch attacks on third-party systems.
  • Abuse API access. Exceed published API rate limits, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data at scale, or use automated means to access the Services in a way that degrades performance for other users.
  • Resell without authorisation. Resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Services to third parties without QuantProc's prior written consent.
  • Spam or harass. Use the Services to send unsolicited communications, spam, or to harass, intimidate, or harm any individual or organisation.

4. ProcureAI marketplace — specific prohibitions

The following additional rules apply to all activity on the ProcureAI procurement marketplace:

  • No bid manipulation. You must not collude with other vendors or buyers to fix, rig, or manipulate bids or prices. All bids must be genuine, independent, and based on actual costs.
  • No shill bidding. You must not submit bids intended to inflate competition or mislead other participants.
  • Accurate representations. All product descriptions, specifications, certifications, and delivery commitments submitted in an RFQ response must be truthful and accurate.
  • KYC compliance. You must complete and maintain current KYC verification (Aadhaar OKYC + GST verification). Providing false identity or business documents is grounds for immediate permanent suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.
  • No circumvention. You must not attempt to conduct transactions with parties met through ProcureAI outside the platform in order to avoid platform fees, after becoming aware of each other through the platform.
  • Honest ratings. Post-transaction ratings must reflect your genuine experience. Fake, coerced, or incentivised ratings are prohibited.

5. ERP and financial data integrity

  • You must not use the ERP to record fictitious transactions, conceal assets, or produce falsified financial statements.
  • You must ensure that any data loaded from external systems (payroll, inventory, project costs) reflects actual business activity.
  • Tenant administrators are responsible for ensuring that user roles and access permissions are set appropriately and reviewed regularly.

6. Content standards

Any content you upload to the Services (documents, BOQ files, make lists, vendor profiles, job descriptions) must not:

  • Be defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory on the basis of caste, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Contain personally sensitive information about individuals that is irrelevant to the business purpose of the upload.
  • Violate any third party's confidentiality or non-disclosure obligations.

7. Enforcement

QuantProc reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Warning — for a first minor violation with no material harm.
  • Temporary suspension — pending investigation or while a breach is being remediated.
  • Permanent termination — for serious, repeated, or wilful violations; fraud; or conduct that poses a risk to other users or third parties.
  • Legal action — including reporting to the relevant authorities (CERT-In, police, regulators) where the violation constitutes a criminal offence under Indian law.

We will generally provide notice and an opportunity to respond before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users.

8. Reporting violations

If you observe or suspect a violation of this AUP — including a security issue, fraud, or marketplace manipulation — please report it promptly to security@quantproc.com. Reports are treated confidentially. For security vulnerabilities, see the Responsible Disclosure section on our Security page.

9. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
