QP Dine

Scan, order, pay and collect — no queues.

QR ordering for restaurants, hotels, cafés, food courts and canteens. Guests order from the table, pay online or at the counter, and collect with a one-time pickup QR — while the kitchen, the display board and the manager see everything live.

Inside QP Dine

Everything from the table to the cash drawer.

Scan & order — no app

Guests scan the table QR and the restaurant's own menu opens. They verify their mobile with an OTP and can install the restaurant's own app in one tap.

Pay first, your way

UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay — or cash / UPI at the cash counter, confirmed by the cashier. The kitchen gets the order the moment it is paid.

One pickup QR per item

Every item gets a queue number, a live countdown and its own pickup QR. It works once, today only, at the right counter — screenshots and second use are refused.

Chef-wise counters

Chefs log in with their own PIN and see, and are alerted about, only their counters. START and READY with one tap; the waiting-area TV updates live.

Cashiers & cash closing

Named cashiers and cash desks. Every rupee shows who took it, where and when. Shift closing compares counted cash with expected; shortages need a note.

Paid straight to you

Online or at the counter, every payment goes only to the restaurant's own account — its own Razorpay account or its own UPI ID. QuantProc never touches the money.

Plan, stock & capacity

Set today's sales plan from raw material and chef strength. Orders stop when the plan is sold, and a busy counter pauses until its chef catches up.

Your brand everywhere

Your name, logo, colour and web address — on the menu, the installed app and every alert. Copycat names are blocked.

Reports for your accountant

Payments by method, cashier, cash desk and day, with GST and bank details on file and a CSV download.

Do guests need to download an app?+
No. Scanning the table QR opens the restaurant's own menu in the phone's browser. After verifying their mobile number, guests can install the restaurant's own app with one tap if they want to.
How do guests pay?+
Online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay, or cash / UPI at the cash counter, where the cashier scans the guest's payment QR and confirms. The order reaches the kitchen only after it is paid.
Whose bank account receives the money?+
Only the restaurant's. Guests pay the restaurant directly — online through the restaurant's own Razorpay account, or by cash or UPI to the restaurant's own UPI ID at the counter. QuantProc is a technology provider and never receives or holds the money; the sale is between the restaurant and its guest.
How much does it cost?+
Registration is free. After that you pay as you earn: 2% of your revenue through QP Dine, plus GST — no setup fee and no monthly fee. The fee is billed monthly and is due by the 3rd of the next month.
Can a pickup QR be used twice?+
No. Each item's pickup QR is signed, works only on the day it was issued, only at the right counter, and only once — a database lock refuses any second use, including screenshots.
What hardware do I need?+
A tablet for each chef, a smart TV (or TV stick) for each display, a phone or tablet with a camera — or a USB QR scanner — at each counter, and internet. Guests use their own phones.
Can I use my own brand and web address?+
Yes. Your name, logo and colour appear everywhere, on your own sub-domain of quantproc.com or your own domain.
