Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies QuantProc uses on its website and applications, why we use them, and the controls available to you.

Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or application. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags — we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Cookies we set

We keep our cookie footprint minimal. The following cookies are set by QuantProc's own domains (quantproc.com, erp.quantproc.com, procureai.quantproc.com):

3. Third-party requests

Our website requests the following external resources. These are not advertising or tracking cookies — they are technical dependencies:

ServicePurposeCookie / data set?
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com)Loads the Bricolage Grotesque, Hanken Grotesk and IBM Plex Mono typefaces used across the site.No cookie set by us. Google may log the IP address making the font request per their Privacy Policy. To avoid this, fonts are self-hosted in production environments on request.
RazorpayPayment processing on checkout flows.Razorpay sets its own cookies during payment sessions, governed by the Razorpay Privacy Policy.

4. What we do not use

We do not use:

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.)
  • Cross-site tracking or behavioural profiling cookies
  • Third-party analytics cookies (we do not currently run Google Analytics or similar on our customer-facing applications)
  • Social media tracking pixels

5. Your controls

Essential cookies cannot be disabled — the Services will not function without them. For all other cookies:

  • Browser settings. All modern browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Links to instructions: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge.
  • Do Not Track. We honour the browser Do Not Track (DNT) signal by not setting any non-essential cookies when DNT is active.

Disabling functional cookies may affect personalisation features but will not prevent you from using the core Services.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the website or by email to account administrators.
